Justin Crossland is a Senior Consultant and Head of Towers Perrin's Health and Risk Consulting practice.
Justin joined Towers Perrin in 2001 from Hewitt Associates where he headed their Broking Services department. He was responsible for the broking of Group Risk, Medical and Flexible Benefits for their clients.
Since joining Towers Perrin, Justin has been in involved in the expansion of Towers Perrin's Health and Risk consulting capabilities in areas such as wellbeing and has developed innovative solutions for clients on flexible benefits schemes. He has extensive experience in benefit consulting and has worked with clients in both the industrial and financial sectors including many flex clients.
